I’ve been passionate about helping people break their broken programmes since 2004. Over the years I’ve studied counselling, NLP, life coaching, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience. By bringing these disciplines together, I’ve developed my own blend of therapy that helps you spot your mind’s swindles and reprogramme yourself to become the person you truly want to be.
I work from the perspective that every person is born unique — essentially a blank slate. It’s how we are programmed through our experiences that shapes the person we become.
Once you start to believe something about yourself or the world, your whole system begins to look for evidence that proves that belief is true.
We all see the world from just one point of view: our own. Other people’s behaviour is filtered through our personal beliefs.
For example, if you believe you are unlikeable, when you meet people you will interpret the situation through that belief. If you like yourself, you will see exactly the same meeting through a completely different lens.
