What is Regeneration Yoga?
Really regeneration yoga does what it says on the tin. It's designed for people who want to let go of trauma. Those who suffer from stress and anxiety. It's for people who want something different, they feel the need to move on. Regenerate!
Regeneration Yoga is gentle yoga flows designed to get the body moving, release trauma that is stored within the fascia. Each class has a theme, it's educational and can teach you tips and tricks to let go of stress, anxiety and traumatic experiences. You'll learn how to control your breathing. Maybe see yourself in a different way and how to know if you can trust people. All this and yoga! A different theme every week.

Beginners yoga with hands on adjustments
Have you ever wanted to do yoga but are not sure where to put your hands and feet?
If you go to a big class, you hide at the back of 20+ person class and get no adjustments. Improvement will be very slow and if you don't get corrected, you could do yourself an injury.
If you want to improve faster, get flexible and stronger quicker, this class is for you. Gentle yoga with explanations and adjustments where necessary. Flows build up over time as you improve and you will, much quicker than a big class.
I intend to keep classes small so I can work individually with people so book early to avoid disappointment.
